Score (myself)
18 22x30 in. paper sheets make up one large charcoal (and graphite and colored pencil) drawing or “score” which I performed, seated on a stool made by grandfather and next to a candle molded in the shape of a rib bone. The score reads - in various orders - “I lost myself, I am myself, There’s a hole in my side, I know there is a feeling, but I’m not sure how to say”
The piece was performed publicly on May 6th, 2024 in the Joseph H. Seipel gallery at the VCUarts Murray N. Depillars building.
